How cool is SugarSync?

Syncing heaven...

You all know that if there's something new on the Interweb, Teresa has to try it or get in on the beta or beg people for invites...

I am so loving SugarSync right now.  How cool is it to be able to leave the laptop at home?  How many times have I dug around in the bottom of my purse for that thumbdrive that isn't there?  Only to find a file, make a change at work and forget to update at home.

Need to make a change to a document?  Access your files from where ever you are (work/web/blackberry), make the change, the syncing begins instantly, come home, fire up the laptop, boom! - the change is already there.

I can't wait to see how this works with my website. Must read up on the documentation to make sure I understand it first.  But for Word and Excel files, photos, music... so easy, so fast.

Lord, how great this service would have been when I had my traveling archivist gig.  That Maxtor drive and I were joined at the hip.
